We collect basic account information (name, email, phone number) and Meta/WhatsApp Business integration data strictly necessary to deliver messaging, template management, and customer support services on whatsapp.groshow.com.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to provide and maintain our WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Messaging services, process customer inquiries, and send authorized notifications. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Retention & Deletion Instructions

You may disconnect your Meta account or request complete deletion of your account and associated messaging data at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@groshow.com. Upon request, all stored tokens, contacts, and logs are permanently deleted within 48 hours.
